EQUIPMENT
Equipment needs can be divided into what is needed for the office and what is needed for the players, fields, and coaches. Trying to establish a partnership with a local screen printer or soccer uniform provider is important. Many soccer businesses provide incentives or free coaches' gear depending on the quantity that is ordered.
It is recommended that orders are made at the start of January for the fall season and August for the spring season

Depending on the resources of your association, you may decide to actually provide your coaches with some of the equipment they will need for practice. Many associations give out various items to coaches as the result of completing a coaching course, attending a meeting, or getting all their paperwork completed. Some associations provide a coaching kit to each head coach at the start of the season that they must return at the end. Below is a sample kit that an association provides its coaches.
